Beginning today, Monday October 21st, you will take 10 pictures a day, for 1
week, totaling 70 pictures.
This assignment is designed to get you thinking about subjects & concepts you enjoy to photograph, so consult your Notes from the beginning of the semester and use the list of "Interests" under the "MAKE YOUR MISTAKES MORE BOLDLY" Notes Page you created. Hopefully this will help you to begin to brainstorm your ideas for you could take photos of for this assignment, creating more interesting photos that you could use for your AP portfolio.
Every photo that you take has to reflect any interest, fondness, love, like, or passion of yours, outside of photography. EACH photo MUST utilize any one of the 6 Rules of Photographic Composition. YOU CAN ONLY TAKE 1 PHOTO OF ANY 1 OBJECT OR SUBJECT! NO REPEATS!

- Simplicity
- Rule of Thirds
- Balance
- Leading Lines
- Framing

You will turn these images in on a Contact Sheet. Each image will be labeled in Photoshop
with a the date that photo was taken AND what 1 Rule of Photographic Composition applies.

Your grade for this assignment will be based on several
factors:
- Completion of each image using any one of the 6 Rules of Photographic Composition.
- Turned in on time (formative)
- The quality and creativity of your 70 images
- Your choice of which photos to possibly use for your portfolio (summative).
